How to Prepare for 5G: EMF Protection Protocol From The Canadian Biohacker!

So I've been getting loads of inquiries about how we can best prepare and protect ourselves for the next generation in wireless technology: "5G", which is said to hit Canada officially in 2021.
While faster download speeds and better connectivity of our devices may sound super cool and wildly convenient, it comes at a price, and unfortunately, it may very well be your health and longevity. Eekkkk! I don't mean to be dark and depressing, and this isn't a dooms day post I promise! Since I wasn't actually too educated on the topic myself, I connected with my good friend and know-it-all (in a positive, useful, scientific way!) Oksana - AKA the Canadian Biohacker.
In our brief yet highly informative chat (with loads of EASY & ACCESSIBLE tips to keep yourself protected from the very possible dangers of 5G), we discuss what EMFs are, what they mean for our bodies & minds, and what you can do now to protect yourself for tomorrow. Oksana also mentioned a new device which she's keeping on her radar which we promised to link in the show notes - here it is.
PS Oksana mentioned after our call to remind listeners of a few more helpful tid bits...
"Another practical tip is replacing your regular earphones, bluetooth headphones, and AirPods with air-tube headset.
Why? Regular headsets consist of a 100% wired connection, transmitting EMFs any time you’re listening to music or speaking on the phone, while bluetooth earphones bask your head with EMFs by constantly searching for a signal as long as they’re on, whether you’re actually listening to anything or not. AirPods especially, are designed to be placed and kept directly in the ear - which makes it easy to keep them in for long periods of time.
An air-tube headset has hollow flexible tubes connecting to tiny microphones that carry the sound up to your ears. This way you’re keeping the EMFs away from your head - distance is key for protection!
Cell phone companies even warn you not to keep your cell phone in your pocket as that’s too close to the body and your exposure can exceed safety guidelines, let alone having bluetooth transmitting earphones in your ears all day…so air-tubes!
The initial air-tubes sometimes didn’t have great quality for listening to music but have since come a long way. Air-tubes I personally have tried and can vouch for in terms of sound quality are by DefenderShield but if you just search on Amazon you’ll find some great brands as well."
Hope you enjoy and happy advancing - the mindful way ;)
